📦 Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Time
    Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.

  2. Payment Options
    We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment methods.

  3. COD & Prepaid Offers

    • COD Fee: ₹79 Prepaid, and it will be reduce from  final amount .

    • Prepaid Discount: ₹50 OFF on prepaid orders above ₹450.

  4. Shipping Charges

    • FREE shipping on all orders.

     

  5. Correct Address Required
    To avoid delays, please enter your full address, including building name/number, street, city, pin code, and a landmark if applicable.

  6. Damaged Parcel?
    If the outer package is damaged, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately at:

Return & Exchange Policy

At DIL SE FASHION, all our Jewellery pieces go through strict quality checks before shipping. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except the following:

✅ You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

⚠️ If your order is correct and undamaged, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


🎥 Unboxing Video Required

To process a return or replacement in the above cases, you must provide an unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the shipping label with Order ID

  • Be continuous (no cuts or edits)

  • Show the item as it is removed from the packaging

This helps us verify the issue and process your request smoothly.


🔁 Return/Replacement Process

If you received a damaged or wrong product, follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Contact us via:

  2. Share the unboxing video and photos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement free of cost. You won’t have to pay for anything again.

  4. The incorrect/damaged product must be unused and in its original packaging.


💸 Refund Policy

We issue refunds only if:

  • The ordered product is out of stock, and we cannot fulfill your order.

  • You received a damaged/wrong product, and you choose a refund instead of a replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, once we receive and verify the returned item.
